Anonymous FTP is disabled by default for all XonHost hosting accounts. Thus anonymous FTP access and access without authentication are not possible.
This functionality can only be enabled on Cloud and Dedicated hosting plans upon customer request, however it is highly advisable to not take advantage of it as it can be a major security issue.
