To find the database used by your Joomla!, you need to inspect its main configuration file named configuration.php. It’s location is in the document root folder of the installed application.
You can open the file via SSH, FTP or using the cPanel -> File Manager tool.
Once you open the file, search for a line similar to this one:

public $db = ‘username_database’;
|
The above will include the full name of the website’s database, where username is your cPanel username.
