How to find all available modules positions in a Joomla 2.5 template?

In order to see the template positions on which you can set your modules open the Joomla 2.5 admin area ->Extensions -> Template Manager -> Options -> Preview Module Positions -> Enabled -> Save.

Then open the front page and add the following string to the URL: ?tp=1

For example, if the web site is accessible at http://yourdomain.com, the positions will be displayed at http://yourdomain.com/?tp=1.

Once you pick the preferred position you can set it for your module through the Joomla 2.5 admin area ->Extensions -> Module Manager -> Select the chosen module -> Edit -> Position -> Select Position -> Select Template -> Click on the position -> Save.
