Often the VirtueMart shops web masters need to alter the default permissions for the different user groups.
This can be done from the Joomla admin area -> Components -> VirtueMart -> Control Panel -> Orders and Shoppers -> Shopper Groups.
Then click on the name of the desired group and apply the desired changes to it.
