You can access your cPanel from your User Area -> My Accounts tab -> Go to cPanel button. This will automatically log you in the cPanel of your account using an encrypted connection.
If you need to access cPanel via the non secure port, you need to uncheck the Access cPanel Securely option in the User Area -> My Accounts tab -> Information and Settings -> Access cPanel.
Alternatively, you can use the following URL to access cPanel:
http://yourdomain.com/cpanel
to access cPanel securely or
http://yourdomain.com:2082
to access cPanel without using encryption.
